BIOPROX® CP63 has been developed for biopreservation of dairy products. This combination is optimized to limit the development of a large range of yeasts and moulds commonly found in the dairy industry. This culture is the most efficient in dairy products fermented below 32°C. This unique combination is also able to develop creamy flavour and to reduce acidity perception when used in applications.

 DEFINITION 

Blend of cultures in freeze dried form for direct vat inoculation. Mix of the following strains: Lactocaseibacillus rhamnosus and Lactiplantibacillus plantarum. 

AMOUNT TO USE 

Manufacturing: 40D* / 1000 L of milk 

METHOD OF USE 

Use for direct vat inoculation: 

- Culture when the bottom of the vat is just covered with milk. 

- Vigorous agitation promotes dissolution. 

STORAGE 

Conservation in its original packaging: 24 months at –18°C 

12 months at +4°C
