Manufacturing: 2 to 5 UA/100 L of milk
E.g.: fresh cheeses: 3 to 5 UA/100 L of milk.
E.g.: hard and soft cheeses: 3 to 6 UA/100 L of milk.

Conservation in its original packaging: 24 months at –18°C
12 months at +4°C

METHOD OF USE
Used for direct inoculation in milk:
- Inoculate when the bottom of the vat is just covered with milk.
-Vigorous agitation promotes dissolution.
