YO-PROX® 61M has been developed for direct vat inoculation mainly for stirred & drinking yoghurt application to deliver high spoonable texture with creamy mouthfeel. This culture gives short & smooth texture with mild yoghurt flavor. YO-PROX® 61M develop limited post acidification during the shelf life even in challenging storage conditions.

Manufacturing: 50UA* / 1000 L of milk

METHOD OF USE

Use for direct vat inoculation:

- Culture when the bottom of the vat is just covered with milk.

- Vigorous agitation promotes dissolution.

STORAGE

Conservation in its original packaging: 24 months at –18°C

12 months at +4°C
