DI-PROX® M 265 mix has been developed for the following types of cheese manufacturing: fresh cheeses, soft cheeses, hard cheeses and creams.

DEFINITION 

Blend of mesophilic cultures in freeze-dried form for direct vat inoculation. Mix of the following strains: Lactococcus lactis subsp.lactis. 


AMOUNT TO USE 

Manufacturing: 2 to 5 UA/100 L of milk 

E.g.: fresh cheeses: 3 to 5 UA/100 L of milk. 

E.g.: hard and soft cheeses: 3 to 6 UA/100 L of milk. 

STORAGE 

Conservation in its original packaging: 24 months at –18°C 

12 months at +4°C

ALLERGENS 

According to Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011: Presence of milk or milk derivatives.

METHOD OF USE 

Used for direct inoculation in milk: 

- Inoculate when the bottom of the vat is just covered with milk. 

-Vigorous agitation promotes dissolution. 

PACKAGING 

DI-PROX® M 265 is delivered in 20 and 50 UA sachets.

This product and its strain are manufactured in France by BIOPROX. 

RELIGIOUS AND DIETARY STATUS 

Halal and Kosher certified. Certificates available upon request. 

Suitable for vegetarian and gluten-free diets. 

No suitable for vegan diet.

This product is not, does not contain or does not originate from GMOs as defined in Regulation 1829/2003/EC. This product is therefore not subject to any labeling obligation within the meaning of Regulation 1830/2003 / EC.
